Mochadian was the first conlang I created. After I originally created it, I abandoned it for a couple years and later decided to use it for a project I have created to simulate a galaxy at war.
==Background==
The primary users of this language are the Mochadians, a previously warlike race that now dominates nearly half the Mochadian galaxy (Hence the name), but has since calmed down a bit... for now. Mochadians hold change and simplicity very deep in their morals, and that has caused the Mochadian language to go through many different stages during it's evolution. Ever since the galaxy started to expand, the need for a standardized Mochadian language was high, so it hasn't changed much since the Mochadians' expansion. Mochadian is basically the equivalent of esparanto or interlingua, but for the old Mochadian languages.

There are 28 phonemes written with 19 letters and 9 accentuated letters. Accentuated letters do not count as proper letters.

The only rule is that you cannot double vowels. There are absolutely NO exceptions whatsoever, under ANY circumstance where letters are pronounced different than normal. Each letter has exactly ONE pronunciation.

Here are the rules I've set in stone:
#All nouns end with a consonant.
#Plural forms of nouns are attained by adding the suffix -a.
#All verbs end with a vowel.
#To indicate past tense, -n is used. The present tense is unmarked.
#For now, until I complete the grammar, the word order will follow English.
#Adjectives may come before or after nouns.

Still working on this, however I have a general idea that prefixes and suffixes would be added to change word meanings, such as, for example, 'an-' for negation.

The only words other than below that I've developed are 'Mokadeòn' (Of Mochadia), 'Mokadeò' (Mochadia), 'ét' (And), 'és' (Is), 'én' (In) 'da' (Of), 'ùn' (A), 'la' (Tha), 'ád' (At), 'no' (No), and 'à' (Or). I'm still thinking about everything else. After writing several sample texts, it has become apparent that words often do not surpass three letters. How it works is, let's say you wanted to write, "I'm eating bread." You would take the verb for eating (Which i haven't decided on yet), then since it's present tense, you draw a horizontal line above the verb with a dot in the center. If you didn't have this, the verb would be an infinitive. Next you add the person below it, in this case one dot since it's first person singular. A hyphen to the right would make it plural (we). There are four persons, the extra one being for singular anyone and for plural everyone. This is one symbol. The next symbol would be the bread symbol (A hemisphere with a vertical line in the center) with a symbol below that looks like "n" which makes it an object. The nice thing about this is you can switch them around, and it'll mean the same thing. The other grammatical symbols I have are the logical symbol for not (Meaning opposite) above the symbol, a "d" above a symbol to make it possessive, and a hyphen below a noun which is not a pronoun, which like with pronouns, makes the word plural. I'm also considering adding + and - below verbs to replace adverbs (much and little, for example much below running would make it quickly running, so it's "much" in the most suitable context). This pretty much makes nouns and verbs the only symbols that aren't grammatical.

To answer why they look geometrical, it's because I had simplicity in mind. They only look marginally like what they actually represent. If I had made them look like what they represent, I'd likely end up with something extremely similar to Whiteoglyphics. To explain the symbol in the center, ''to speak'', The circle represents a head and the arc represents the speaker's arm, or the sound coming from his mouth. If you added an exclamation point between the two, you'd get ''to command''.about half the verbs I have have a head, and only five verbs do not have body parts (is (=), move (->), change(->|), add(+), take(-)).

Mochadian was the first conlang I created. I actually created it long before I had any idea what a conlang was, then abandoned it for a couple years and later decided to use it for a project I have created to simulate a galaxy at war.
==Background==
The primary users of this language are the Mochadians, a previously warlike race that now dominates nearly half the Mochadian galaxy (Hence the name), but has since calmed down a bit... for now. Mochadians hold change and simplicity very deep in their morals, and that has caused the Mochadian language to go through many different stages during it's evolution. Ever since the galaxy started to expand, the need for a standardized Mochadian language was high, so it hasn't changed much since the Mochadians' expansion. Mochadian is basically the equivalent of esparanto or interlingua, but for the old Mochadian languages.

The only rule is that you cannot double vowels. There are absolutely NO exceptions whatsoever, under ANY circumstance where letters are pronounced different than normal. Each letter has exactly ONE pronunciation.
