Introduction
It was in the Tardiglacial that the Pre-Proto-Indo-Europeans started to migrate from the Balkans into the Kurgan. Many tribes migrated, of which the ancestors of the Proto-Indo-Europeans were the biggest. Another smaller tribe settled in the present day Crimean peninsula. These were the ancestors of the Ulopipotises, the wolf tribe. There was a rivalry and a constant strife between the Ulopipotises, the wolf tribe, and the Sisupotises, the horse tribe. Around 5000 BC, the wolf tribe was nearly extinguished. However, some of the dead pledged their allegiance to At'angirs, the god of death, and returned immortal to our world.

Some of the Ulopipotises migrated to Mesopotamia, where they founded the kingdom of Hoprots’atut. The kingdom dominated the region until the rise of the Sumerians, and was subsequently conquered. The Sumerian clan was mostly slaughtered, and the survivors fled into Europe.
Another clan of Ulopipotises migrated to Central Asia, where they were influenced by the Proto-Turks and the Mongols. They founded the Matut chiefdom around the 1st century AD. The chiefdom was conquered by the Mongols, Tatars and finally by the Russian Empire. In the 19th century, many Ulopipotises migrated to the UK and France in order to improve their living conditions.

The two clans were reunited in the 19th century, in the UK, and founded the secret society of the wolf. In the following years, the language of the Sumerian clan arose and became the standardized dialect of the Ulopipotises.

Concerning the grammar
The At'ants'as basic grammatical structure is similar to the grammar of PIE. Words are formed from verbal roots, inserted into stems, and inflected using a fusional system of prefixes and suffixes.
However, At'ants'as did not develop the complex Ablaut patterns of PIE, and instead uses a simple, regular vowel gradation system. Moreover, At'ants'as innovated neither a complex verbal system as PIE did, nor inflecting adjectives.
The At'ants'as grammar is verb final, and only the verb is compulsory. Subjects and objects can be added as prefixes to the verb, or to appear independently before it. Adjectives are either stative verbs, or used as prefixes. Adpositions are postpositions, and adjuncts may be inserted generally everywhere.
At'ants'as morphosyntactic alignment depends on the gender of the noun. If the noun is animate, the alignment is tripartite. However, if the noun is inanimate, the alignment is ergative-absolutive.
At'ants'as verbs have separate transitive and intransitive/passive/stative endings. The transitive endings correspond to PIE mi-conjugation, while the intransitive, passive and stative endings correspond to PIE passive endings.
At'ants'as also possesses two systems of personal pronouns – an egocentric system (1st person vs. Non 1st person), and a demonstrative system (proximal, medial, distal).

The Fifth Linguifex Relay is an upcoming conlang relay, a game of conlingual telephone, on Linguifex. Succeeding the ei! jån' kähne Jündemruoger relay, starting in Classical Wiobian, the fifth relay will be started by IlL in his Tíogall language.

SIGNUP IS OPEN. TO SIGN UP, PLEASE ADD YOUR SEAT DIRECTLY BELOW THE LAST SEAT ADDED. For example, if the last seat added is numbered Seat 8, your new seat should be Seat 9. If no one has signed up yet, number your seat Seat 1.
Rules
The game is similar to Chinese whispers. The procedure is simple: you will receive a conlang text, a whisper or torch, from the previous seat with an interlinear/gloss which you are to translate into your own conlang and add information so that the next person can decipher it and make a new translation. You will have 48 hours from the time of having received the whisper to prepare a translation of it into your conlang, gloss it and then send it to the next person in the chain. You are free to include either a glossary and grammar notes or an interlinear (or both!). The choice is up to you, but it is always recommended to at least add an interlinear.

In the event that you fail to whisper within your allotted 48 hours, the turn will skip your seat and go to the next participant.

The relaymaster will determine at their own discretion when a relay is to start. Everyone is welcome to partake, but for reasons of convenience, an account on Linguifex is required. Every person is restricted to one entry, but the choice of conlang is up to them. In the case that two people chose the same language, a first-come first-served basis will be adopted (unless, say, the language creator chooses to join in).

Signup
Seats
The final seat will be a retranslation into the source conlang, as well as the first translation into English. In conjunction, the original text will be published in English.
*Seat 0 - IlL, relaymaster, with Tíogall.
*Seat 8 - Lars Finsen with Idaltu.
*Seat 9 - Drogomir of Zvenigrod with At'ants'as.
*Final seat - Retranslation into Tíogall and English. The English version of the original text will be published as well.

How-to
Once you've received the conlang text with glosses and all, create a page called "Fifth Linguifex Relay/X", where X is your language. Translate and gloss the text into your conlang (try to include an interlinear gloss), and check the Seats list on this page: Take a look who's next after you and go to their talk page and create a new topic called "Fifth Linguifex Relay"; and link the page where you keep your translation.
speak some Hebrew, English, Russian, Palestinian Arabic and German. I have a good understanding of
Romance Languages, Dutch and some other dead languages. Oh and I also learn Japanese. I consider myself
to be an a posteriori conlanger, focusing mainly on deriving languages from existing proto-languages.
Virtually all my languages are either Indo-European or Semitic. But I try not to... Not that it helps...
